My journey began as a Retail Bakery Manager for 5+ years before transitioning into the healthcare field. It was there I realized how much I missed creating, decorating, and being part of life’s special moments — which ultimately led to my dream of Butter Bar by Sam.

This is where my passion truly lives, allowing me to blend creativity with care and intention. Every dessert is thoughtfully designed with attention to detail, ensuring it feels just as special as the celebration it is made for.

I love working closely with my customers - building relationships and bringing their vision to life - while adding my own creative touch to make each dessert feel personal, unique, and truly special.
